The efforts of Shamma Ma’am was excellent. One of the best Kashmir trip. Only suggestion is to guide the tourist the bargaining cost of horce ride in Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Pahalgam. Because people there do cheat. Over all best travel agency to travel with for Kashmir trip. Thanks a lot!
